History
1955 The turning point in our development goes back to 1955, when the company KONUS introduced a programme in chemical processing.
1965 Plastic processing started.
1975 The KONUS-KOTERM organizational unit was established. Its activity was the treatment and production of PE and PP into semi products and end products.
1980 The company purchased its first press; the second followed six years later.
1989 The company acquired a complete extrusion line, for the expansion of its sheet production range for the automotive manufacturing industry.
1995 The company became part of ISOSPORT GmbH, Eisenstadt, Austria and member of CONSTANTIA Industries AG.
1998 Certification in accordance with the standard ISO 9001.
1999 Installation of the third press. The fourth followed one year later.
2004 With the installation of the second compounding machine we strengthened our position on the market of filled materials with direct extruded compounded sheets.
2005 Significantly increased production of extrusions with three additional extrusion lines.
2011 The company attained the greatest step forward in development with new facilities for the optimization of production flows, with internal logistics and with the fifth press it doubled the production capacity segment.
2013 The sixth press has been installed.
2015 Significantly increased capacity and treatment options with four additional CNC machines.
2016 Installation of the seventh press with robotic line.Acquisition of land and buildings for further expansion and growth of the company.
2017 Repositioning and restructuring of the company.
2018 TDS - merger of TDS Velenje, a high-quality wood cores producer for ski, snowboard and water sports industry.
2020 Koplast - acquisition and merger of Koplast Slovenske Konjice, a respectable supplier within the booming caravanning industry. A company with 25-years of experience in plastic extrusion, sticking, bending, welding and CNC-manipulating.
