In LEVEL-UP project ISOKON reached an important milestone in CPSization activity.
Namely, for extrusion pilot line we successfully upgraded and modernized the pilot line with Siemens PLC that acts as OPC-UA server, which transfers sensors and actuator data to HOLONIX middleware through OPC-UA communication protocol. Besides that, the PLC controls and monitors the main extrusion production stages and production behaviour which is shown on the nearby panels.
