ISOGLASS - Grid laminates

Special open-mesh glass fiber fabrics are used whose regular grid structure remains intact after impregnation with an epoxy matrix.

During further manufacturing of composite components (skis or for uses in wind energy) their open structure ensures good resin penetration (i.e. epoxy, PUR) and optimal mechanical anchoring.

These special laminates are also able to positively influence resin flow in targeted applications thanks to their special grid structure. Production takes places in a continuous process simultaneously with fabric-based laminates of the same measurements.
