Noise pollution effects human health and lowers the quality of life. Long-lasting and excessive exposure to noise negatively influences the overall state of health, decreases concentration, etc. The negative effects of excessive noise are especially evident in densely populated areas, workplaces, schools, hotels, and hospitals.

In order to reduce the transfer of noise between rooms, different sound insulation materials may be used, though it is recommended that the sound barrier is combined with different materials.

The ISOPHON membrane is designed to effectively prevent the transfer of noise between rooms because of its high density and elasticity, thus ensuring maximal comfort.

The ISOPHON membrane is especially effective against low pitch noise transfer and is therefore installed as an autonomous product or in combination with mineral wool or plasterboards. Even by installing a thin layer of the ISOPHON membrane into a separating wall, the strictest of building regulations are easily met.

The ISOPHON membrane provides a quick and simple maximum unwanted noise insulation, making your living more comfortable, and above all, healthier.
